Uncured Smoked Petite Ham
INGREDIENTS:PORK, WATER, VINEGAR, BROWN SUGAR, SALT, CELERY POWDER, NATURAL FLAVORINGS, EVAPORATED CANE JUICE, SEA SALT, SODIUM CARBONATE, LACTIC ACID STARTER CULTURE (NOT FROM MILK).
Petite Boneless Ham (2-3 lbs)
For best results, thaw ham in refrigerator 24 – 36 hours. Do NOT refreeze after thawing. TO SERVE COLD: Remove all packaging, use as desired, cover and refrigerate remaining portions.
TO SERVE HOT:
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Remove all packaging material
Place thawed ham in a small baking pan, add 1/4 cup orange juice or water (just enough to cover bottom of pan)
Tightly cover baking pan with foil to keep ham moist
Bake 25 to 35 minutes
Ham is already fully cooked, for best results heat until internal temperature reaches a maximum of 140 degrees F. Do not overcook Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion. Appliances vary – time and temperature may need adjustment.
